She is best known for her performance on Spartacus Blood and Sand, that premiered on January 10, 2010. The show was based on a historical figure, Spartacus. The Spartacus was the son of a Thracian Thracian and a gladiator. The show has been aired internationally and it helped make her a household name across the globe. Personally, she's married Antonio Beliveau, a musician.
