Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born June 13, 1962 in the United States is an actor. Her film debut was with the 1983 film Bad Boys she became known as a member of the Brat Pack of actors. She was also in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) as well as Short Circuit (1986). For her performance of Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy was awarded an Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Leading Actress. Ally Sheedy was born in America and she is both an actress as well as an author. At the beginning of the 80s, she made her debut as a film actress with the thriller Bad Boys. She was very well-received in this film. Rick Rosenthal was the director of the film with other actors also prominent such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. She appeared on screen in The Breakfast Club in 1985 the comedy which followed her first success. John Hughes' film is considered to be one of the top high school film of all time. Even though the budget was $1 million its earnings crossed 50 million dollars. She also began appearing on a number of television programs, such as CBS Schoolbreak. This was her TV debut. In April 1980, the show started airing. It was aimed at teenagers. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are some of the other shows in where she's been featured. Her most recent appearances is Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story featuring a female superhero in which Sheedy appears in a cameo.
